    Chief Executive of ICRT

    Niels was born in Denmark and joined ICRT as CEO in March 2018, with past experience in for profit and not for profit organisations in USA, UK and the Nordic countries. He previously worked in different sectors including the consumer movement, fin-tech, consumer product development, consumer research, and IT development in the health sector. Niels has an educational background in Computer Science (MSc), Psychology (PhD) and Business Administration (MBA).

    CEO of Which?

    Anabel Hoult joined Which? as Chief Executive in October 2018, with experience spanning a range of sectors including retail, charity, consumer services and fintech.

    Prior to working at Which? Anabel spent more than 12 years working within the commercial sector, most notably as managing director of Services at Carphone Warehouse. She was also chief operating officer of Save the Children where she delivered improved strategic focus, operational performance and financial growth.

    CEO of Stiftung Warentest

    Julia Bönisch became Chief Executive Officer of Stiftung Warentest in January 2024. Julia studied journalism and business administration and has spent her entire professional life dealing with the question of how journalism can be developed in times of digitalization and changing reading habits. Before joining Stiftung Warentest in 2020, she was editor-in-chief of Süddeutsche Zeitung, one of the largest and most important daily newspapers in Germany.

    Dominique Henneton

    Deputy Chief Executive Officer and General Secretary of the Board of the Euroconsumers Group

    Dominique Henneton was born in 1966, he studied linguistics and economics at the Belgian University of Louvain until 1989.

    He started to work for the Belgian consumer organisation Test-Achats in 1991 as a financial journalist. He took over the responsibility of all financial magazines of the Euroconsumers group in 1996 and managed the transformation to digital and services. Dominique became director of the department “Information and Services” in 2008, managing all products and services of the consumer organisations of Belgium, Brazil, Italy, Portugal and Spain.

    Dominique became Deputy Chief Executive Officer and General Secretary of the Board of the Euroconsumers Group in July 2023.

    Jérôme Franck

    General Director of Que Choisir

    Jérome Franck was appointed Deputy General Director of UFC-Que Choisir on 1st January 2012. As a consumer law specialist, Jérôme Franck, joined the Paris Bar in 1994 and for almost 20 years has been a lawyer for several consumer organisations, including UFC-Que Choisir. He also taught European consumer law at Paris XII (Jean Monnet at Sceaux) Law University. For many years, he was a member of 'European Consumer Law Group', a think tank in charge of making proposals and suggestions to the European Commission, with regards to consumer policy. He is a member of the 'European Journal of Consumer Law' Scientific Committee. He has also been involved in many projects at national and European levels, in the consumer law field.

  • Marta Tellado

    Marta Tellado

    President & CEO of Consumer Reports

    Ms. Tellado, whose career began in the consumer movement and who has 25 years of experience as a frontline advocate and leader for social justice and became the organisation's seventh president in September 2015.

    Ms. Tellado began her career in public policy, advocacy and social justice working alongside Ralph Nader and Joan Claybrook at Public Citizen. Over her career, she has served as Executive Director of the Domestic Policy Group at the Aspen Institute; as Director for National Issues and Outreach for Senator Bill Bradley; as Vice President of the Partnership for Public Service, where she launched the Best Places to Work in the Federal Government and the Service to America awards. She holds an M.A. and Ph.D in political science from Yale University.

    As vice president at the Ford Foundation over the last nine years, Ms. Tellado has led strategic communications and advocacy on a range of social justice issues in the United States and around the world, including such issues as economic fairness, free and fair access to an open Internet, and civil rights.

    Ms. Tellado serves as board member of the Council on Foundations, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Ballet Hispanico, The Lark Theatre, the Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, and Philanthropy New York Public Policy Advisory Committee. Previously, she served on the boards of Hispanics in Philanthropy and the Advertising Council Advisory Board on Public Issues.

  • Sandra Molenaar

    Sandra Molenaar

    CEO of Consumentenbond

    Sandra Molenaar (1968) joined Consumentenbond as Chief Executive Officer in May 2019. Sandra studied Economics and Psychology, a perfect basis for the various marketing jobs she had. Her experience with associations and interest groups is extensive, amongst which as Marketing Director at the Dutch roadside assistance club, ANWB, and as COO at BOVAG, the Dutch trade association for retail in the mobility industry. She also serves as a board member of the Anne Fransen Fund. The aim of this foundation is to promote and support (starting) consumer organizations in developing countries and Eastern Europe.
